How in the world did they each carry them? I remember taking my classroom to the pumpkin patch and the rule was "you can't carry it-you can't get it". I remember that they all tried to get a big one, but when they realized how heavy they were, they quickly changed their minds. The girls look sooooo happy with their big pumpkins!
All these pumpkins were actually donated by the local grocery store chain. In years past, they've been nice little small ones (pumpkin pie pumpkin size), but this year, all the pumpkins donated were this big. LOL.
Because we have no 'real' pumpkin patches locally, within driving distance for the preschool to go to, the pumpkins are distributed on the preschool playground or front lawn.
So imagine 15 little preschoolers in each class with pumpkins this size, LOL, the teachers were carting them back to their classrooms with a wagon.
